Valerie Reicheg:

Valerie Reicheg is a survivor of educator sexual abuse. She received her Master's Degree with Honors from Rutgers University, Newark NJ and her B.A. with Honors from Douglass College, Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. For the past 11 years, she has devoted countless hours volunteering for several non-profit organizations. She is dedicated to helping rape and sexual abuse survivors heal from the traumas they have experienced.

Valerie has served on the Board of Directors for S.E.S.A.M.E. (Stop Educator Sexual Abuse, Misconduct, and Exploitation) since 2001. She has represented S.E.S.A.M.E and the Bergen County Rape Crisis Center through live TV interviews on CNN, MSNBC, The Today Show on NBC, and The Lynn Doyle Show on CN8. Additionally, she was recently interviewed and filmed for a documentary being produced about adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. She has also presented at seminars, conferences, and lectures at several universities. Recently completing her 16th year as the Manager for National Accounts Sales Administration and Supply Chain Management Task Force Group Leader for a consumer electronics company, Valerie Reicheg has decided to leave and pursue her life's calling full time. She is devoted to educating, raising awareness, and preventing sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment of students by teachers and school staff.
