Sad as it is, it helps to know that what happened to you, happened to lots of other people too. This is a place to read their stories.
October 2021: In an effort to propose legislation regarding “pass the trash”, Professor Amos N. Guiora (SJ Quinney College of Law, University of Utah, author of Armies of Enablers, https://armiesofenablers.com/) welcomes hearing from survivors whose abusers----teachers, coaches, school officials---were protected by administrators who failed to discipline/sanction and then “shuffled” the teacher to another school.
Professor Guiora who is working on a law review article on this issue can be reached at amos.guiora@law.utah.edu. Professor Guiora intends to include survivor stories in an effort to buttress the legal arguments underlying this effort. All submissions are guaranteed anonymity.
